Where are classes taught?
All classes are taught at your location.
What is your class minimum?
All classes are based on a minimum of 6 people.
What if I don't have at least 6 people?
Contact me anyway. I may be able to invite you to attend one of the other classes that I'm teaching in the area. We may even be able to schedule a class at your location and invite others to join with you.
What if I am late?
Please be on time. Individuals arriving late to class not only distracts the class and the instructor, you will also miss important information necessary for successful course completion. If you are late, you may need to reschedule your class.
Can I attend class if I am sick?
Please don't. If you are running a fever or coughing up a lung, please stay home to avoid getting the others in the class sick.
What should I do if my medical condition prevents me from performing certain skills during the class?
Please contact FirstLine CPR prior to the class so we can do our best to make proper accommodations for you.
Can I bring my children to the class?
Although we do not have a specific age restriction for students enrolled in the class, children must be old enough to actively participate and understand what is being taught. Young children are typically a distraction, so if they are not enrolled, please do not bring them.
When will I receive my certification card?
Certification cards are typically issued the same day via email.
What happens if I lose my card?
That's generally not a problem. Contact me and I'll email you your card.
